Mood swings are the most dreaded for us women. We go from the "happiest man alive" to "killing every single soul" in a fraction of a second and the worst part is that we can not control it, we have absolutely no power over it. If everything else fails, yoga helps. In just a few minutes you can go with these yoga poses in happy mood again.

The tree pose
Take a yoga mat. Stand straight. Now slowly raise one foot and put it on your other knee. Try to keep your body in balance while balancing your position, slowly raise your arms above your head and inhale. Now connect both palms and form a surya namskar posture with one leg. Not only do you have to balance your entire body weight on one leg, but you also try to focus your mind and find silence in your head.

The Camel Pose
Kneel down on the yoga mat Now exhale and lean backwards, stretching your arms back and touching your toes. You will feel your spine expand with your abdominal muscles. Stretch your neck and move your head backwards. Stay like that for a minute, then release it to get back in the starting position and sit on your heels. This posture generates energy and can help to relieve mental and physical tension.

Lateral angle position
The rotated side angle position is also known as parivrtta parsvakonasana. Start with Tadasna, slowly spread your legs apart, then spread your arms wide apart. Turn your upper body to the right, gently bend your right knee, bring your left palm to the left, and place it on the right side of your right foot. Stay in the same position for about 30 seconds, then return to the Tadasana. Repeat the same thing, just turn the body over to the other side. Along with the physical challenge, this attitude allows your brain to stay in the present.
