Spoiler Warning: The following story contains mild, tangential spoilers for Season 2, Episode 6 of The young.
- The boys arrive at the Sage Grove Center and find that it is a breeding ground for potential supes and supe-terrorists. A person there? “Love Sausage,” a tall, bearded man with a penis that sticks out of his pants and acts like a disturbed, strangling python.
- Liebeswurst only appears briefly on Amazon The young, but has a background in Garth Ennis’ comic.
- Here is the background to this bizarre sequence.
Yup. Look, we knew The young came here at some point. The show blows a million people per episode and the final Stormfront episode told Homelander to “laser my tits”. Last season, Popclaw sat on their landlord’s face until his head exploded. A guy with a huge elongated python penis is really just a walk in the park.
But let’s get into what actually happened in the episode. The gang had infiltrated the Sage Grove Center where they discovered Compound V was being tested; They thought it would be used to create supe-terrorists, but as Lamplighter told them, it was actually tested. The hope is to stabilize connection V in this way someone Whoever takes it becomes a perfect, clean supe (as opposed to failed tests, exploding people, disease, etc.).
On closed-circuit television we get glimpses of various superpowers, but one thing stands out: a guy with jogging pants that are very, let’s say, full. “Damn it. Brother has a love sausage,” says Mother’s Milk, accidentally naming a character.
After the entire Sage Grove Center is in disarray, all the gangs are locked in one room – but that doesn’t help much. You hear something coming and get ready – Lamplighter has turned his lighter up to speed – but a skin-colored, snake-like, elastic one thing bursts through the window and wraps himself around Marvin’s neck.
He reaches for it and screams to get it from him. Frenchie grabs it with both hands and pulls it with great force. Lamplighter is ready to fire but holds back because he doesn’t want to … you know, kill everyone with fire. Eventually the creature withdraws and the boys follow it back to its source: down into the pants of a tall bearded man.
“That’s his bloody cock,” Marvin notes. “It’s fine,” says Frenchie. “Don’t be so closed off.”
It remains to be seen if Love Sausage will return again.
Is love sausage in The young Comics?
You bet. While the show’s interaction between The Boys and Love Sausage has been rather controversial, Love Sausage is actually a protagonist in Garth Ennis’ comic book series. He is a Russian whose real name is Vasilii Vorishikin, an ex-cop, ex-supe, ex-army citizen who now owns a bar where he drinks a liquid made from car liquid. He tells people his vodka. He is kind to all boys (especially Hughie); that basically makes him the only “good” supe outside of Starlight.
Will Love Sausage return?
Who knows. In his appearance in Season 2, Episode 6, Love Sausage is played by Andrew Jackson, who doesn’t have to do much outside of muttering security footage in Russian and has his face passed out on the floor. However, he did not die, so there is a possibility of a return. On the other hand, a unique appearance for one of the more unusual characters – and for The young, Of course, that says a lot – it wouldn’t be an option either.
It would surely be a fun thing to see if Love Sausage returned as an ally The youngand reflects the comic. Maybe another Supe on their side could help out with any conflict we have knows comes with Homelander and Stormfront? Let’s hope
