After 16 full seasons on their television screens as Judge of The Voice Adam Levine officially leaves the series.
The Voice moderator Carson Daly announced it this morning on the show although Adam should originally be part of the Season 17 lineup, so this news is quite unexpected. As he announced the news, Carson said that Adam "will always be a valued member of the The Voice family, and of course we wish him the best."
Adam was one of the original coaches who helped launch the show and won three times, with Jordan Smith in Season 9 Tessanne Chin in Season 5 and Javier Colon in the first-ever season.
The good news is that his successor is Gwen Stefani, who served as judge in seasons 7, 9 and 12 quick #TBT for you.
