On Tuesday, the former Pretty Little Liars star and pet lover (she is currently working on raising money for the ASPCA charity through the Bee Good Rewards Gather Program) has posted a video of himself on Instagram killing a number of lovely pull-ups.
To be honest, they are technical pull-ups – a kind of pull-up with your palms facing you on the bar. Anyway, girls make it easy – but anyone who knows about it knows that both chin-ups and pull-ups are not an easy task. Here's how to do a pull-up.)
"I work with a trainer in LA, and it started as" Let me see if I can even do a chin-up, "she says Shape. "And I could not! But gradually I could do half of one and then one. Over the years, I've gone up to eight – but right now I'm back at three. "
To even get to the point where you could run a train she says, her coach focused [Weight training]
"We do a lot of the strength training movements – from shifts to HIIT to my own body weight." She says, "You have to work it out on a weekly basis, or you lose those muscles," she says. (This is one of the main reasons why you may have trouble finding your first pull-up, so do not lose your hope.) "But my goal is to be able to do 10 pull-ups one day."
While you could certainly accomplish this feat in 2019, she has other serious fitness goals – for example, to try new workouts and get back to work. (Changing training is one of the most important ways to get around mo stay tuned.)
"I love to work out. I'm just one of those people who really like it, "she says." I really wanted to try hot Pilates classes. And I was really in the race for a while. I still do sprints, but I lost stamina. I'd like to improve this year. " Another goal she wants to achieve? With her juicer.
" I've read all about celery juice and have some friends who rave about it. So I bought a juicer for me to start – but I have not used it yet! "She laughs. (Before you try try and read if drinking celery juice is actually a good idea is.)
