You're 30 seconds off the backlog, and here's how. The Russian Squat Kick works on your entire lower body, especially on your buttocks, and you can do it anywhere, anytime without any excuses. As I do in my backyard, you can see in the short video below.
Start with your feet forward, about shoulder-width. Sink into a squat and make sure your weight is on your heels and not on your toes. The lower you are, the more intense this exercise becomes.
In this occupied position you should make small kicks forward. Keep your hands in front of you or behind your head. Make sure your chest is resting behind and your abdominal muscles.
Run the Russian Squat Kick for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times.
