She is a fashion and beauty icon, retired member of the Spice Girls, wife of David Beckham and known for her serious grin and her stylish praise. But what we really want to know is that Victoria Beckham always has such a dewy complexion, whether she is attending an awards ceremony or running errands with her children like any other mother.
