Total Gym Addicts, Adam's Story

By November 2017, I was 275 pounds and had knee and back problems. It was hard to go up a staircase without feeling like I was climbing Mount Everest. What hurt more than that was not the father I always wanted to have with my 2 beautiful little girls. I had always dreamed of being a super dad – the father who would do sports with them and be a strong role model for them. At that time my wife started her mission to be fit, which also motivated me to change my ways! So I rebuilt my Total Gym and set up a permanent gym. I selected my 3 favorite exercises from each muscle group and started a full-body workout for one hour three days a week.

BAM! One year and a little later I'm 75 pounds! I've changed from a 42 waist to a 34! My shirt size was XL and now it's an M! Strengthened in the knees and back, thanks to the low-impact exercises throughout the gym, I feel at 34 with the world at its peak!

The Total Gym has changed my life in a way I never could have imagined. I look better I feel better and more confident than ever in my life. Best of all, I loved every minute of it! The Total Gym is so much fun! That made it easy for me to make it an integral part of my life. I am a new man and the super dad I always wanted because of Total Gym.

Abdominal Muscles – Abdominal Muscles with Attachment Biceps – # 46 Inverted Bicep Curl

Back- # 10 High Kneeling Row
Chest # 5 Gradient Push Up
Full Body – # 56 Sweater with Crunch (Legs Up)
