Anna Kaiser, the celebrity trainer behind the gym AKT in Motion and the bodies of Kelly Ripa and Shakira, knows how to create a serious burn with some ordinary objects. In her latest video workout she shows us how to tense our arms and torso with a towel. Yes, a towel. This everyday support may seem harmless, but do not be fooled, you'll sweat a storm in no time!

"This workout is very accessible," says Kaiser. "Almost everyone owns one or two spare cloths."
For this workout to work, however, make sure your towel does not sag. "You want to actively pull and push against the towel for maximum results," says Kaiser.
Kaiser also suggests running this routine on his knees instead of getting up because one is more stable and closer to the body floor.
TIP: If you do not feel the burn, do not pull hard enough on the towel. There should be no sagging!
