Tip: The carnivore diet is dumb



The Reverse Vegan Diet

For those who do not know, a carnivore diet is a meat diet, usually a lot of red meat. No fruits, vegetables, grains or plants of any kind. Plants are "poisonous".

Some practitioners have a small amount of dairy products and eggs; some not. Normally alcohol and coffee are not, because they are vegetable.

Unstable people love it!

I have to get that out of the way first. I met some people who were attracted to this eating style. A few were actually vegans. That's right, they went from "meat is murder" to "I brush my teeth with flank steak."

It might work if your diet is lacking

Some women claim that they feel great about this diet. But the Inuit!

The carnivore diet advocates also like to talk about the primitive tribes that survive and even thrive. Meat diets. But maybe they overlook a few things.

For example, traditional Inuit peoples also eat the stomach contents of the animals that hunted them. So they ate plants, just eaten plants. Other primitive "carnivores" strains also consumed every part of the animal, even the skin, hooves and bones. So they also got fiber.

The early human may also have consumed small amounts of dirt and soft stones to obtain the minerals needed, which is still practiced today by some primitive tribes.

Lack of Common Sense

The most vehement predator dieters also claim that you have no vitamin or mineral deficiency. For example, they indicate that meat contains vitamin C, but many overlook the fact that the vitamin is largely lost during cooking. To remedy this, many predators dieters eat raw meat.

Longevity is the best way to lead a longer life is not to smoke, wear the seatbelt and not be fat. And with whole grain diet you would not be fat.

But you would also miss a wealth of herbal compounds that will keep you healthy in the long run, like polyphenols. Would not fat outweigh the nutritional deficiencies? Hard to say.

Or maybe relatively newbies in terms of lifting – the magical stage of your career, in which it is difficult to build NO muscle, regardless of your training and dieting approach. And finally, those who claim to add muscle meat to a carnivore diet consume just enough protein.

What about autoimmune problems?

Many people suffering from extreme autoimmune problems have found relief in a carnivorous diet. While it is not the cure, if it prevents them from constantly experiencing pain then it is a great tool until we find out the cause (and hopefully a cure) for autoimmune problems.
