Lie on your back and do a triceps extension. At the bottom of the movement place the dumbbells on the floor near your head.
Barbell Triceps Extensions from the Ground
Use the same motion that you would use with the standing triceps extension but lying on the ground. Let the plates touch the ground behind your head.
