Lexi Reed has already lost a whopping 312 pounds, but these last 7 pounds are also a big deal.
The Weight Loss Influorator, best known on Instagram as the @fatgirlfedup, has undergone a skin removal surgery on Wednesday to lose 7 pounds of loose skin on the abdomen, thighs and butt.
28-year-old Reed documented every step of her Instagram account, from her pre-surgery appointments to her protracted recovery. Now she went through. One day before the operation she talked about what will happen. (See also: Why do I have a skin removal surgery?)
"Nine hours of surgery and a 360 ° lift tomorrow. And on Halloween, Reed's surgeon, Dr. Joseph Michaels successfully reached a width of 3 feet and 1.5 meters of skin from her abdomen along with two smaller pieces from her outer thighs.

"Surgery is even more difficult and painful than expected, but I know I'm in good hands." she wrote on Saturday: "I have a lot of pain, I've never had surgery and cried several times a day, I'm determined to heal everything and get well again."
In another post, Reed said she knows it takes time for her body to heal.
"I've been sleeping the last few days, but I'm determined to show my body the care it deserves and heals at my own pace," she said. "I'm slowly being able to use the restroom to use alone and to walk better every day I overcome my fear of needles and accept the shots I still can not laugh or cough because of the pain in my stomach from where it was repaired If I do, it does so hurt, I start to sob, but I know that I had to go through this pain to get to the other side, I know that I have to be strong, because too many count on me to be weak, one day all these battles are worthwhile. "
And on Monday, Reed said she felt better and could go for a walk every two hours. Reed initially undertook to lose weight as New Year's weight. Disbanded in January 2016. Together with her husband Danny, they gave away fast food, lemonade and alcohol and started cooking and tracking their calories.
