Brie Larson may be the next Captain Marvel, but that did not stop her from spinning her inner Spider- (Wo) – Hug man. The Oscar winner recently posted an Instagram video to share a video of her inside Climbing (especially bouldering, a type of climbing that's close to the ground and uses no harness or rope) like NBD. (Inspired – Here Are 9 Reasons Why You Should Try Indoor Climbing Now)

Obviously, this is not the first time that Larson has raised a wall – she's dominating an upside-down bouldering route: she climbs like that Climbing (and especially bouldering) is not an easy task, it is both a total body workout and a mental one. It takes a lot of practice to climb upside down and a lot of core, back, biceps and grip strength. Not to mention that a small mistake can be very unforgiving ̵

1; just a misstep, and you fall off the wall. (You just have to watch her fall on the bench.)

It's not the first time that the Oscar winner has displayed her skills in the gym. Earlier this year, she thrilled the masses by training through an insanely heavy 400-pound hip-joint workout. And she's training buddy with Alison Brie, who is fierce AF when it comes to lifting hard. And this picture of her spreading out on the floor after training is proof that she does not leave anything in the tank while she's sweating. If she wants to see her master as something evil like bouldering, this is a reminder to constantly push herself out of her comfort zone and something new try it out. It can be useful in many ways. Your body and brain will be better off, and you will get a sense of accomplishment, self-confidence, and all-encompassing Badassery. (Need more evidence?
