This chef spent 3 years perfecting a Keto PB chocolate cookie recipe

If you eat the keto diet, you are likely missing homemade cookies. And, if you’ve ever had a keto cookie to satisfy a craving, you’ve probably just been disappointed by now.

Chef Rob from YouTube channel The Keto Chef recently released a recipe for what he calls “the best damn keto cookies ever”. In fact, these cookies are so flawless that it took years to perfect.

The recipe is actually the creation of Chef Rob’s friend Sam, and it’s a recipe she has been working on for the past three years. With so much trial and error, you know that the results are sure to be good.

As Rob puts it simply, “This recipe kills it.”

; And it’s actually very simple.

The keto biscuit recipe starts with six tablespoons of peanut butter, half a teaspoon of vanilla extract, one egg, one teaspoon of salt, and one teaspoon of baking soda. After mixing these simple ingredients together, add six tablespoons of soft butter and work in.

Then it’s time to add the dry ingredients, including a third of a cup of swerve sweetener, a quarter of a cup of coconut flour, and a cup of almond flour. Mix these three additives with the peanut butter mixture and you have a batter – one that needs chocolate chips. Sprinkle with low-carbohydrate chocolate chips if you like (Rob recommends Lily’s brand) and fold to combine.

After the dough is ready, roll the dough into balls and bake the cookies at 250 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. “These cookies will be deleted,” Rob promises in the video. “They are so delicious.”

As a pro tip, Rob recommends dipping the cookies in macadamia nut milk, which sounds pretty grueling. Needless to say, keep this recipe on deck for the next time you’re craving cookies.
