They actually taste like healthy pumpkin pie (in a good way), but take a fraction of the effort and do not take time in the oven (which will probably be occupied anyway).

No-bake pumpkin spice cake

Makes: 8 servings
Done in: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 cups of cereal
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup almond milk [19659012] 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
3/4 cup Medjool dates gutted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1 / 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

DIRECTIONS
