The workout is planning to become stronger, faster and fitter than ever before



It's time to keep track of the new year fitness goals. Usually they are huge (run a marathon) or nonspecific (become healthy), which explains why we often do not reach them.

So we propose two achievable goals that will help you build a solid foundation for all of your year-round fitness efforts: Run your fastest mile and maximize your pull-ups. Since it is important to swing from time to time to the fences, we have also set a plan for removing the handstand push-up.

These efforts cover a variety of abilities: aerobic training, overall strength, and physical and mental flexibility ̵

1; all of them must be a round athlete. Believe it or not, it is possible to rule all by spring. Build the momentum of the new year and master the goal that excites you the most or that best matches the priorities of a larger image (like the running goal when working towards a triathlon). You can also do all three at the same time.

"I would take the challenge further and set a goal to complete all these tasks on the same day," suggests Joel Martin, assistant professor of kinesiology at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. "This can be a creative way to keep you honest in all aspects of your fitness."
