Tasty snacks have not always come out of a package or box. You can make delicious and satisfying with ingredients that you probably already have at home – and it only takes a few minutes.

We love these cute little skewers because they pack egg whites and vegetables in one bite. They are finger food, which automatically makes them amazing (less dishwashing! More fun!). And since they are much healthier than the treats you find in the snack course, you can top up them without worrying about being over-tired with sodium.

Rosemary Caprese Skewers

Recipe Custom from: Somewhat Simple
Processing: 8 Portions
Ready: 10 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 8 oz. Container Mozzarella Balls
1 10.5 oz. Container cherry tomatoes
Fresh rosemary
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Salt for tasting

DIRECTIONS

1. Clean all sprigs of rosemary up to 2.5 cm (1 inch) from the sprigs of rosemary, leaving about 3 to 5 cm of skewer space.

. 2 Change the skewers with cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls on a rosemary stalk until the stalk is full (three each per sprig of rosemary).

. 3 Arrange skewers on a platter and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with salt and serve!
