The 20-minute full-body HIIT workout for burning fat
Who says it all (or really? any) A visit to the gym must be a matter of hours? With High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), you can hit hard and finish in just 20 minutes.

Perform all five exercises for 60 seconds each. For the final exercise (treadmill sprints), sprint for 20 seconds, rest for 1
0 seconds, sprint for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds (60 seconds total).
Complete a total of four rounds with minimal rest between sets. You can take a break between rounds.
