Weddings should be happy times. But for many, extra attention, dressing and photography can be a definite stress. For these four Anytime Fitness members, a painful wedding moment was actually the catalyst for losing weight and achieving a healthier place. I knew it was time when … "I was asked to pay more for additional stuff than I ordered a bridesmaid dress."
"In the last 2 years I've lost 53 pounds, 21 inches everywhere and 6 dress sizes. Jacole taught me various movements that help build muscle and build muscle so I can make the most of my training. I have also found a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that includes better nutrition and a regular exercise program !! I like to tell people that my outward appearance now corresponds to my inner perception. With patience, perseverance and perseverance everything is possible !!! I knew it was time when … "I saw the photos of My Son's Wedding.
"I felt sluggish and worked in an office environment. I did not have the need to reduce stress. Since March 2015, I have lost 15 pounds, but the energy gain has been great. Now, at 50, I feel much younger, my clothes fit well and I'm happy to have achieved another goal!

I knew it was time when … "I went to my son's wedding and looked so awfully fat so embarrassing.
"I have a goal in mind that I would go to Hawaii with my husband for my 20th wedding anniversary. We went to Hawaii on July 9, 2015. I wore a bathing suit everyday and loved my shawls. I liked having my picture taken for the first time in my life. I know that I will be there for my children and grandchildren and that is a great feeling!
