If every label promises a clear, youthful, radiant face, it's pretty hard to determine which skin care products are the real thing. Unfortunately, no product is the holy grail for getting young skin. . 1 Use an old-school toner.
When Igee Okafor was a teenager, his acne was so bad that his dermatologist took him medication. Now he's a lifestyle blogger whose enviable skin is challenged by his Instagram advertising campaigns. Surprisingly, one of his favorite products is cheap and about as old as they come: witch hazel.

"The skin, like the rest of your body, is made up of cells," he says. "So it's really your overall health and well-being that you see on your skin."

5. Trust your stomach.
