Simply baked brie dip for holiday parties

We would say you should make this baked Brie dip to bring it to a Christmas party. That is fine.

It's a savory combination of cheese and candied pecans, which tastes like a straightforward gourmet, but only takes a few minutes to be thrown together. Bring this bad boy to any party and you're the hit of the night. Ooorrrr eats it for dinner on the couch, in pajamas. It's all about balance, right?

Preparation: 5-7 servings
Done in: 20 minutes [19659003] INGREDIENTS

8 oz triple cream Brie , Bark Removed (Room Temperature)
3 oz Mascarpone, Softened
2 teaspoons Thyme, Chopped
1
1/2 Cup Candied Pecans Chopped
Salt and pepper to taste [19659003] DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees and lightly grease a flat casserole dish (one loaf pan will suffice).

. 2 Put the brie, mascarpone, thyme, chives, salt and pepper in a large bowl or electric blender. Mix until completely blended.

. 3 Fill the mass into the baking dish and distribute evenly. Sprinkle candied pecans on top.

. 4 Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and sticky. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes.

. 5 Serve bread or crackers on crostini .
