Serena just shared a video on Instagram and Venus are doing some exercises together and it will definitely improve any sweat session at home. "Coach Venus. Look at my training with Venus @venuswilliams," she wrote in the caption.
In the video, Serena explained that she and Venus, who are quarantined together, would go through a warm-up … that's about 30 minutes long. "I am so full of myself that I accept [people care]", she joked at the beginning of the video. "I look forward to guiding you through what I like to call warming up, but it's a little intense, so be sure," Serena added.

The two started with neck rolls before moving on to some hip opening exercises. The duo did some arm stretches in yoga style before lying on the mats for a few leg stretches. "You should perceive this as a workout, not necessarily a warm-up, but this is a warm-up," said Serena.
