When it comes to training, Ashley Graham does not mind. The Sports Illustrated rookie is always providing us with a great incentive, but recently she took a score during a practice session with her star trainer Dara Hart. (Here is official proof that Ashley Graham is as good as fit.)
In a video Hart posted on Instagram, Graham sees a full body smash sesh that will inspire you. It hurts, just just to watch. As Hart describes it, the series of exercises helps "build strength, burn fat and boost metabolism" ̵
Best of all, you can easily try out training at home by dying at #Tra in Mike AnaSley (the trainer shared the hashtag in what we got Just imagine is a subtle disse in the #TrainLikeanAngel of Victoria's Secret).
As Hart points out in her post, the training consists of two cycles, each with three different exercises:
Circle 1: Box Squats (8 reps), Kettlebell Hinges (8 reps) and Jump Squats (20 reps)
Circle 2: Lat pulldowns, dumbbell chest presses, and front and side elevations (each 12 reps)
Hart recommends going through the circuits three to five times to get the best results. (Looking for other ways to build your metabolism?) This resistance band interval training will certainly do the trick.)
