Throughout his legendary career in bodybuilding, the eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman became known as "The King". He made a name for himself by keeping his muscles torn up ̵

1; oh and how to lift an absolute powerhouse. While many bodybuilders maintain reasonable weights, Coleman regularly raises heavily. Those who are familiar with his bodybuilding history have probably seen videos of him squatting 800 pounds or injuring the deadlift.

Today, 54-year-old Coleman is steadily recovering from surgery, including three back surgeries in 2018. But many would take it easy after a spinal fusion "The King" never rests for long. Even if he tries to leave, he always works in every possible way. He has had some difficulty getting into the gym for some time and recently revealed that his latest surgery may not let him go.

In the summer Generation Iron was released . Ronnie Coleman: The King a documentary that looks back on his bodybuilding career and documents his path to recovery. Well, it's one of the many great fitness documentaries that you can stream to Netflix.
