Milo Ventimiglia is no lover in the gym, but staying fit for the camera is just as important to his diet as killer boxing training. We sat down with the Men's Journal of November 2018 to discuss his favorite dishes to be served in the kitchen, and discovered that his cooking mantra is pretty straightforward: Ventimiglia wants "healthy His food and good food, he said matter-of-factly during the cover shoot.
At home, Ventimiglia mostly munchs on beans and rice or different kinds of noodles. He explains it that simple meals like these mark three important boxes: they are easy to clean when he has little time; you are healthy; and they provide a quick cleaning after he's done cooking (always a plus).
receives portion control is another important part of his stay shape. Ventimiglia does not provide meals for families. He had a snack all day and recently discovered that maybe he was inherited from his parents. His snack of choice? All kinds of nuts he keeps in glasses in the kitchen when the midday munchies strike.
"I feel like I'm more of a snack than a big meal type," he said.
