Thinking and feeling, two sides of a coin
Now thinking and feeling are two different things. When you think of something, just remember, it's only part of your imagination. Thinking stays up to your brain and has no effect on your being or existence. For z. They think of someone, they only have pictures of them in front of their eyes. I have pictures in your brain and no more than that, but when you feel about someone, you are actually filled with emotion, emotions like love, hate, and sadness. Feeling is when you imagine someone who is filled with either hatred or love or sadness.
Transpiring from thinking to feeling through meditation
When you meditate, you call the presence of Deity or whatever you want to summon. You wait for the experience to appear in you, it is your heart, you concentrate until you begin to feel it in your heart. You make your heart the center and try to feel with your heart the presence of what you have been thinking of. Thinking at this time becomes a feeling, the feeling that you embrace with your heart. It becomes a process in which you move from thinking to feeling. After you feel the presence, you will be pervaded by thought. The presence is no longer just a fragment of your imagination, but it is there, present in your heart, you can feel it, you think about it, but at the same time it is real to you because you feel it. You begin to experience the divinity in your heart.
