Before bed, I don’t like hanging out alone in my bedroom that much because I don’t like being alone.

I tend to hang out downstairs with my family. I’d rather be downstairs at my computer than just alone in my room, if that makes sense. My whole bedroom mood is basically a storage space for all my things in an organized but slightly chaotic mess.

Honestly, my whole family, including my grandma, is up for quite a long time.

Sometimes, [my grandma] I think I have slowly turned my family into night owls with me. With the exception of my dad – my dad is a morning person so we all join him. This is a “he problem”. We recently started playing Mario Party before going to bed. I get very competitive so it’s a great way to get the last bit of energy you have. Of course I win. Let’s be real My grandma just watches, but she supports.

I also like to have a cup of tea at night – I really like the TAZO Energize blend. I’m a night owl and I tend to do a lot of my best and most creative jobs after midnight. That helps me with this process. I’m also a big fan of their Earl Gray tea.

If it’s a normal night, I probably don’t have makeup on because I try not to use too much makeup day in and day out because I don’t want to break out.

But let’s say just to spice it up. I go in with some toners and makeup removers because I absolutely hate myself falling asleep with my makeup on, which admittedly has happened before. I think I did this in quarantine more than in my entire life. I’m pretty ashamed of it, but it is what it is. I am human.
