Lili Reinhart revisits her ongoing struggle with depression and anxiety. Riverdale actress has publicly stated on Friday in her Instagram story that she has resumed therapy due to her problems. (Related: The Best Therapy and Psychiatric Apps)
"Kind reminder to anyone who needs to hear it: Therapy is never something to be ashamed of," wrote Reinhart. "Anyone can visit a therapist."
"I'm 22. I'm scared and depressed, today I started therapy again," she added. "And so begins the journey of self-love, and good luck to you." (Related: Riverdale 's Lili Reinhart says 'Depression is a very real thing')

Reinhart was diagnosed with depression for the first time at the age of 14, when she first moved to Los Angeles at age 18. It was bad that she had to move home and "build from scratch."
"I had to find my passion again because, like all the money in my bank account, after a five-month stay in LA, it was two things to book and No money to come to me and it's hard to get out of the house and get out of bed and find it hard to make friends.
