A creamy white layered tongue may result in a change in taste or mild pain. You need to see a doctor in such a case.

Thick yellow coating

A thick yellow tongue coating means bad oral hygiene. You need to take care of your oral hygiene and clean your tongue daily. Excessive deposition of yellow matter on the tongue can also lead to bacterial infection. It can also lead to bad breath.

Smooth Tongue
