Back Forward Lunge

Step on your left leg and lift your right knee until your thigh is parallel to the floor. Step down with your right foot and step left with your left foot in a reverse lunge. Repeat for 1

Step-Ups

Step on the platform with your left foot and lift your right knee until your thigh is parallel to the floor. Go down and change legs. Continue to alternate without legs for 20 seconds.

Lateral Step-Ups

Stand parallel to the step so that the outside of your left leg is beside the step, and your hands are on either side of your head, elbows bent. Move your left foot up and bring your right knee over your body as you rotate and lower your left elbow toward your knee. Repeat this step for 10 seconds. Change legs.
