Like most new moms, Kate Hudson has taken a long break from the gym to focus on her new baby and become a routine who works for her and her growing family. Now she's ready to come back (15 times Kate Hudson proved she's the definition of #Fitspiration.)
"The routine with our baby is getting better known and I'm ready to spend a little time for the day "To focus on myself," she wrote next to a photo of herself in a sports bra and leggings. "For me, that means my health," she continued. Why? Because I want to be there for a long time for my three children. "
However, the actress quickly realized that she knows how difficult it can be to be a new mother who looks after her family and takes care of her own, and keep her job.
"I know that some are curious about what that means and for all mothers (whether working or non-working mothers) it's the most challenging thing in the world to bring children and personal time together," she wrote. Children take the number one position and it's hard time taking time for themselves. "(PS Here are six things you can learn from your book on self-love.)
That's why Hudson vows to do the best she can with one ultimate goal:" I'm on a mission now, um She returned to my fight weight and my strong body / mind, "she wrote, adding that she wants to lose 25 pounds in the spring when she starts filming a new movie (check out the killer workout formula) she keeps her in such amazing situations.)
Your Schedule? "I would like to try new workouts and eat as healthy as I can," she wrote. "I want to do all this and continue milk production, raise my children, work every day, make time for my husband, have time for my girlfriend and stay healthy!" she joked.
Hudson's celebrity friends were the first to cheer them on for their raw and inspirational post. "Thank you, angel," commented the soon-to-be mother Amy Schumer. "That's great, Kate, I love it," Chelsea Handler added.
Supermodel Cindy Crawford thanked Hudson for her authenticity and made some real talk about it. "Remember – it took 9 months for the weight to be applied, so give your body time to focus on your" fighting "weight," she commented, adding, "You look great with every weight! "
While Hudson struggles to get fit After pregnancy are admirable, Crawford has one point: losing weight of the baby takes time, and it can be ridiculous that women's society expects them within five minutes too to return to her self. Whether Hudson achieves her goal or not, one thing is for sure: motherhood looks damned good.
