She basically documented her entire training in several pictures. In the first picture, she has a resistance band around her waist that is held by her trainer, Ryan Sorenson, while she does step-ups. Other exercises include weighted lunges and squats, one-legged balance exercises, running, and jumping rope with a resistance band around your ankles for added challenge.

Cuoco has always been a fan of training and she likes to mix it up. “When I do yoga, we do it every day this week … Then I say, ̵

6;Oh my god, I have to switch,'” she said earlier Womens health. “Then I’ll go crazy about SoulCycle … ‘Okay, I have to switch.'”

But she also likes to focus on legs and lower body work. “Kaley cares about her lower body, especially her buttocks, legs and abs,” said coach George C. King People. “We do lots of lunges, squats, and regular squats, as well as leg curls and deadlifts.”
