Actress Kaley Cuoco didn’t let self-quarantine slow down her workout. In a new Instagram post, she showed fans her home training session with sister Briana Cuoco.
“A big part of the quarantine was staying in shape and preparing to get back to work right away. Thanks to @ryan_sorensen, my great trainer who kept me fit, and to my crazy, beautiful sister @bricuoco who was my training partner !! No pain, no gain, people! 💪🏼 “, she captioned the photo series.

She basically documented her entire training in several pictures. In the first picture, she has a resistance band around her waist that is held by her trainer, Ryan Sorenson, while she does step-ups. Other exercises include weighted lunges and squats, one-legged balance exercises, running, and jumping rope with a resistance band around your ankles for added challenge.
