Jessica Alba has been hot, hot, hot on TikTok lately: her dance moves and abs are both in a nutshell. With a new YouTube training video, the actress is now revealing exactly how she can get her super fit body.
In the clip, she follows a circuit of her trainer Aaron Hines with her training buddy Lizzy Mathis right at her side. (Jess quickly points out that the training was filmed before quarantine.)
