- I know so much is true is HBO's newest Prestige Limited series on Sunday night.
- In addition to its complex plot, the series also includes a number of excellent songs.
- It is based on Wally Lamb's book of the same name with the stars Mark Ruffalo and is directed by Derek Cianfrance ( The Place) Behind the Pine).
The first episode of HBO's adaptation of I Know This Much Is True which is based on Wally Lamb's novel of the same name, introduces the audience to a lot of what is going on in the story. There are twin brothers Dominick and Thomas, the latter of whom suffer from paranoid schizophrenia (both are played by Mark Ruffalo). There is her mother who recently died of breast cancer (Melissa Leo) and Ray, her distant stepfather (John Procaccino). There is also Dominick's ex-wife Dessa (Kathryn Hahn).
One of the most interesting insights into Dominick's character comes when a woman named Nedra (Juliette Lewis), who translates his grandfather's Italian manuscript into English, comes to his home and comes to him. The show wonderfully uses diegetic music ̵
This is just one of a few important musical moments in I know that so much is true. As the series goes through its six parts, we will continue to keep this story up to date with every single song. Below you will find all the songs listed so far.
