<p> Similarly, Autumn Calabrese, Beach Body Trainer and creator of 21 Day Fix, suggests a mix of cardio and weight training for anyone trying to lose weight. The beauty of creating your own plan is that you can cherry-pick the workouts you find fun, which will make you more likely to stay on track.
