How does self-love differ from body confidence? Iskra Lawrence explains

Certainly, "body image" was present in the dictionary and was considered "the subjective image or mental image of one's own body," but whether or not it was feeling positive and fearless when it comes to your own perception of your body is unclear, so what about these two terms?

To find out, we've got body-positive queen and fitness-influencer Iskra Lawrence We sat down with Lawrence and asked her to declare self-love and body-trust once and for all.
