When the season is full you should take your time for a quick and efficient workout. A little activity lifts your mood and keeps your health on track. Exercise also helps to keep your stress low and keep your body moving at a steady pace!

I've developed a "Holiday Hustle Workout" that maximizes your time to optimize your waistline and extra calories. It's a perfect workout that you can give yourself!

WOODEN WORKOUT

I've put together the best exercises, reviewed the list twice, and put together a cheeky, but nice core training that adds a little pep. Your Holiday Step The exercises move smoothly from one to the next to maximize your time and effort Challenge your core on your Total Gym.

The training includes 5 core exercises in 5 minutes for a quick exercise session. Get ready and head to your Total Gym for a powerful core workout!

Directions:

  • Set a timer for the timing of the exercises.
  • Adjust the incline to fit your strength level. [1

  • Perform each exercise for 1 minute and then proceed to the next exercise.
  • Repeat this if time permits!
  • 1 full lap = 5 minutes total

Warm Up:

Cool-Down:

Finish your workout with a short stretch to extend the trained muscles. (The exercises may be similar to the warm-up movement.)
