Hilary Duff says she recently enjoyed one of the best smoothies in her life – but it was not a typical mixed drink.
When she was on Dr. Elliot Berlin's Informed Pregnancy appeared in a podcast (released Thursday, but recorded 10 days after the arrival of her second child, daughter Banks Violet), revealing the 31-year-old actress that she had drunk her placenta in a smoothie and that this is "delicious". Duff is not the first prominent mother to die revealed that she had her placenta after giving birth.
