Eat a good breakfast and never miss your meals. Avoid sugars and sweetened drinks like cola, preserved juices, as these contain much added sugar, which is very harmful to your body. Above all, keep an eye on your food and find out what and how much you eat. Aside from that, add a workout in your regime.
