Healthy breakfast smoothies with 5 or fewer ingredients

Whether you have a craving for something fruity, a craving for a dessert (if not?), Or you just need a large portion of greens to put out the wine you were drinking last night (that's how it works, right? ), These Smoothie Recipes are pretty much the only ones you'll need to get through on Life . With just five ingredients, there are no complicated combinations or crazy superfoods where you have to run for a bagel instead. From tropical beach drinks to cozy blueberry pancakes, these dairy-free twists serve your favorite flavors so you'll never have to look elsewhere.

Note: To make your smoothie look like your pro, add all of the ingredients to a blender and stir on a high until smooth.

Fruity Smoothies

1
. Piña Colada

Who needs a beach bar in Hawaii if you can prepare this tropical drink in your own kitchen? OK, we could all go on holiday now, but this creamy pineapple cocktail is good enough. Shot of rum optional.

1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of frozen pineapple
1 banana
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract

2. Berry Oat Hazelnut

If oatmeal doesnt cut it, but the thought of living without a rich breakfast is simply crazy, meet your new daybeginner. Their oatmeal with blueberries and hazelnuts transforms in liquid form into a sweet-nutty richness. We could add a tablespoon of cocoa powder. Nutella, anyone?

1 cup almond milk
1 cup blueberries
1 banana
1 tablespoon hazelnuts
1/4 cup oatmeal

3. Orange that you are glad that it is not green

Leave the Oe. On the shelves and opt for the juicy oranges in the course. One minute in a blender restores a healthy version of the classic shake of Orange Julius. If your blender is older than you, buy two oranges and squeeze the juice for a smoother, less mushy consistency.

1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of frozen mango
1 banana
] 1 date

4. Strawberry Sunrise

Strawberries and bananas are the most obvious ingredients for smoothies, but they are taken to the next level with sweet-as-candy goji berries and crispy coconut flakes. Do you remember strawberry milk as a child? Yes, you are welcome.

1 cup of almond milk
1/2 banana
1 cup of strawberries
2 tablespoons of goji berries
3 tablespoons of coconut flakes

5. Peanut Butter and Jelly

With the daily spoonful of peanut butter you dip into every day, you'll be creative and add it to your smoothie (or both) instead. The sour raspberries give it the jelly-like taste, and when you add the PB, you are immediately returned to the middle table of the middle school.

1 cup almond milk
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 banana
1/2 cup raspberries
2 dates

Green smoothies

6. Tropical Mint Smoothie

If the green color deters you, imagine it's a tropical palm by the sea and all your cares will be washed away. We promise you that you will not even taste the kale leaves, because the water of the coconut, the pineapple and the mint will give him the mojito kick that will make you ask, "Is that really healthy?" The answer is yes.

1 cup coconut water
1 cup pineapple
1/2 banana
2 kale leaves
1/2 cup mint

7. Green Protein Shake

TBH, you can add protein powder to any of these smoothies, but there's something to it if you combine it with refreshing cucumbers and mild spinach leaves that leave no chalky aftertaste. If you're not a protein powder guru, we'll happily exchange 2-3 tablespoons of hemp seed with a dash of vanilla extract.

1 cup of almond milk
1/2 cucumber
1 banana
1 cup of spinach
1 serving of vanilla protein powder or 2 – 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds + ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

8. Jolly Green Giant

Some say we're crazy about chocolate and greens, but we think you're crazy if you've never tried this before. And do not give up the cashew milk. Its rich and buttery texture resembles, in our opinion, more than any other dairy-free milk.

1 cup of cashew milk
1 cup of frozen blueberries
2 kale leaves
1/2 banana
1 tablespoon of raw cocoa powder

9. Green Nut Butter

A simple green smoothie bottom is significantly enhanced with a (giant) ball of almond butter and small but nutrient-rich chia seeds in the creaminess section. If you're looking for a daily smoothie, we think this is safe. This would get our vote.

1 cup of almond milk
2 cups of spinach
1 banana
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of almond butter

10. Basic Green

Nobody likes to be called "basic". That's why we've added an extra ingredient to this green man to make him feel special. (Real Reason: We needed more fruit to mask the heavy vegetable taste.) If you want something simple but packed with the good stuff, then that's what matters.

1 cup of coconut water
1/2 banana
2 romaine lettuce leaves
1/2 cucumber
1 cup of spinach
1 apple, peeled and chopped

Dessert smoothies

11. Mint Chocolate Chip

MCC ice cream lovers, that tastes like the real deal. Once you have tried this recipe, do not try it for dessert every night. The use of cocoa nibs instead of powder gives it the crunch, which is a must in all mint choc ice creams. Pro Tip: Add the tips after the smoothie has been blended so you get the chocolate snack in each sip.

1 cup of cashew milk
1 banana
2 tablespoons of cocoa nib
1/2 cup of mint leaves
1 cup of spinach

12. Chocolate Almond Butter Cup

If Reese's cups were made from almond butter and dark chocolate and you mixed them with almond milk, banana and dates, it would taste like this. Do we have to say more?

1 cup of almond milk
1 banana
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
2 tablespoons of almond butter
1 date
Pinch of sea salt

13. Blueberry Pancake

If blender pancakes are one thing, is not it a good idea to create a smoothie (in a blender) that tastes like pancakes? We thought so too.

1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
2 tablespoons cashews
2 tablespoons oat
1 teaspoon cinnamon

14. Apple Pie

Time to put down the apple gloves and get the blender out. If you can not stop thinking of your grandma's cake, but you also do not have to bother with baking, throw these ingredients (the same ingredients that you would add to a real cake) into your machine and watch them Magic happens. Do not tell Nana.

1 cup almond milk
1 apple, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons pecans
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 dates
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Optional: top with almond butter and ground cinnamon

15. Cinnamon Bun

Move, Cinnabon, in town there is a new bun, and it does not need a stove. While you can not roll the insanely sweet smell through your kitchen, oats, cinnamon and maple syrup will remind you of your airport # 1 cuddly treat.

1 cup of almond milk
1 banana
1/4 cup of oatmeal
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
