The first step in the training process is to bring the neuronal pathways and muscle memory into harmony. When the brain is trained in movement patterns, we increase the poundage and turn things up," explains Hill.
Increase from there it scales and weights and adjusts itself, carefully calibrating the body parts (see right), emphasizing controlled eccentric motion and high repetition.
