    Vriksasana [The Tree Pose]

    Vriksasana is one of the simplest and ideal poses for melting fat from the stomach. Stand on a yoga mat with your legs together. Transfer your weight to your left leg and lift your right leg towards the knee of your left leg. Place the heel of the right foot on the inner thigh of the left leg and carefully raise the hands straight. Return to the starting position and change legs. (Source: Getty images)

    Bhujangasana (The Cobra Pose)

    Bhujangasana is a pose that strengthens and stretches the abdomen to help you lose fat to burn the belly middle part. You have to lie on your stomach, your forehead on the floor and your hands under your shoulders. Lift the body off the floor using the abdominal and back muscles.     Utkatasana helps to strengthen the core muscles (thighs and buttocks). Stand straight with folded hands (in Namaste pose). Raise your hands over your head and bend your knees to get your thighs parallel to the floor.     This pose is great for the back, thighs and buttocks. First, stand with your feet together. Raise your hands slowly over your head and stretch the stretch. Now stretch your right leg forward and your left leg back. Bend your right knee and rotate your upper body so that it faces your curved right leg. Stretch your arms and lift your body away from your bent knee. Afterwards, stretch your arms upwards while tilting your upper body back so that your back curves.
