The TEST Football Academy's NFL Combine Prep program, which has been in existence for 20 years, attracts athletes who Professional football, and is very successful odds of over 250 athletes for professional football, 61

current players in 25 NFL teams. Our program includes eight to ten weeks of training to deliver on the 40-yard dash, the 20-yard shuttle, the 60-yard shuttle, the three-cone drill, the vertical jump, the intersection, and the 225- Maximize Pound Bench Press. [19659004] Do not assume that only Olympic lifts can improve performance. Also tools like your body weight, medicine balls and weighted vests can be useful. Power moves should fit after warming up and in front of the lift to ensure that all movements are performed perfectly.

The 225-pound bench press is a test of endurance for most athletes preparing for the NFL Combine, regardless of their position. We use a wavy periodization plan – endurance, power and performance areas of cycling with a unique cadence and time that is energized with every workout. We use Keizer racks to build up resistance with air pressure to activate all the smaller stabilizing muscles, and use other tools, such as wood blocks, to maximize the fatigue of a drop set while protecting the shoulder joints.

Proper nutrition and nutritional supplementation is an absolute must if you want to bring your performance to the elite level. For our boys it is important that special calorie and macronutrient plans are adapted to their individual goals. We also include sports nutrition products that improve recovery and act as a buffer against lactic acid – the enemy of excellence. Look for a Supno with CarnoSyn Beta Alanine to help in the synthesis of muscle carnosine, which acts as a buffer against lactic acid and delays the onset of muscle fatigue and muscle failure. CarnoSyn helps our athletes to go harder and longer. We use SR CarnoSyn with sustained release at higher doses per day (between 9.6 and 11.2 g per day) to keep levels in the body constant. On days when we train these guys all day long for five hours, it is important to have a soup with permanent release so they can stay active throughout the day.
