Exercises to get rid of Double Chin



As you gain weight, it affects your face as well as your stomach. Double chin occurs when more fat accumulates under your chin. It is not necessary that only persons who are overweight have a double chin. Anyone can get a double chin, but it's usually associated with weight gain. Double chin can be very unattractive. Almost every girl wants to have a sharp chin line with no fat under her chin. Double chin is also referred to as submental fat, which is gradually evolving due to many factors. Changes in your diet and some exercises can help you get rid of the double chin. Read on to know some exercises to reduce the extra layers under the chin. These exercises are targeted exercises that stretch your facial muscles to lose the extra fat around your face. They reduce the extra weight under the chin and around the chin lines and also increase the firmness of the facial skin.

Touch the Nose

You have often done this in your childhood for fun. It's a simple exercise to get rid of the double chin. For this exercise, stretch your tongue as far as possible. Now try touching your nose with the tip of your tongue. Keep your lips relaxed during the exercise. Repeat this 7-8 times. This exercise strains the muscles around the chin and neck.

Kiss the ceiling

This is considered the most effective exercise for reducing the double chin. Sit down and lift your face. Now make an O with your mouth as if you were kissing the blanket. Try to pull your lips as much as possible. Now hold this position and count to 10. Now you will return to the starting position. Repeat this exercise at least five times to get effective results.

Resistance to the chin

Place both fists under your chin and then hold on. Now try to press your chin on the fists. This creates a resistance between the chin and fists. This exercise will put pressure on the facial muscles. If you press your chin against your fists, you should gradually increase the power. If you feel maximum resistance, hold the position for 3-4 seconds. Go back to the starting position later and repeat this exercise 5-6 times.

Fish tempo

It is another way to reduce the double chin even swollen cheeks. To make a fish face, suck in your cheeks and try to hold that position for at least 10 seconds. You should make a fishy face at least 5-6 times a day. Fishface is more effective at reducing the fat from the cheeks, but it also affects the muscles in the jaw area.

These exercises help you lose extra fat under your chin, but you should also take care of what you eat. You should avoid fatty foods and only eat healthy fats. Processed foods and carbonated drinks should also be severely restricted. With some diet changes and regular exercise you will gradually get rid of the double chin.
