But before everything goes wrong, pause for a while, as some experts have recently claimed that people are at higher risk for heart disease during the holidays.

According to a study, people tend to overeat unhealthy food and become couch potatoes during their vacations. Unhygienic foods and lack of exercise are two of the main reasons why a person develops a heart problem. If this happens during a vacation, it is called Holiday Heart Syndrome.
