These holiday drinks are not only festive, they are also made with a low quality and taste good too! The beauty of making your own drink is that you can choose the ingredients you want to use, reduce the size or even add other spices.

After each drink recipe you will find a recommended circuit training, with which you can burn the extra calories with 3 powerful moves. It's fast, efficient and keeps your fitness up to date as you enjoy the festivities of the season.

NOTE: These cocktails contain alcohol in the ingredients, but can always be omitted! Please drink responsibly and sweat it regularly.

5 SEASONAL SIPPERS

Champagne & St. Germain

This classic blend may be a popular holiday cocktail. It's easy to make with just two ingredients. Add some pomegranate seeds or cranberries for a red festive garnish.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2-piece champagne, dry sparkling wine or brutal rose
  • Mix it: Put the ingredients in a chilled flute glass and stir gently. Garnish and enjoy.

    Alternative without spines: Muddle limes, mint, ginger and in combination with club soda for a refreshing, bubbly pleasure.

    Mulled Wine-o

    A short list of ingredients keeps the calorie counter low. In 20 minutes you get a seasonally spiced drink to keep you warm and warm.

    Ingredients:

  • Mix It: Heat the almond milk on a light heat. Add the cocoa powder while stirring. After heating, pour into a beaker and add the alcohol of choice. Sip with pleasure!

    Extra: If you are a coffee lover and have a Nespresso coffee machine or a single coffee machine, add a coffee to this drink! It's a delicious way to give your step an extra boost.

    Alternative without spikes: Drop the alcohol. Make it thin by using a non-dairy base and water. Add some mini marshmallows or a ball of whipped cream to get an extra reward.
