    Get ready for the heebie jeebies. In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper – also known as a dermatologist and TLC moderator Dr. Sandra Lee – some deeply buried whiteheads hidden in a man's cheek. The man's empty pores can only trigger your trypophobia, which is the extreme reluctance to build up tiny holes.

    In the clip, Dr. Lee with her comedone extractor on the man's cheek and squeezes strips of content out of the stubborn Whiteheads. Sometimes the famous derm has to cut the surface of the skin to provide an escape route for the buried material. But with a few wiggles and squeezes of her extractor, Dr. Lee always.

    "Turn off the demon seed!" A fan commented dramatically questionable.

    What remains is a build-up of enlarged, empty pores that sprinkle the cheeks of the man. It is a sight that everyone with trypophobia would see.

    Whiteheads form when dead skin cells, oil and bacteria are enclosed in pores. Most disappear after a while or can be treated with over-the-counter medications. In some severe cases, dermatological reinforcements may be required.
