In the video titled "A Pilar Pop! … En Español," Lee goes through her usual routine of removing cysts by making an incision, draining the whitish piece, and plucking out the sack. She injects the patient with anesthetic throughout the procedure to make sure it is not too painful.
At the end of the video, Lee shows the patient the removed pilar cyst, points to the balloon-like sac, and explains that benign growth was no cause for concern.
