All I want for Christmas is HOT ABS!
That's right, you heard me!
It's Christmas time and I'm sure these jeans will get a little tighter around the waist. We do not try to overeat, but it can be so hard at this time of the year. Then we will go into the New Year dissolution phase and maybe start the search for healthier food and sports. I'm sure that sounds familiar, right? It can be difficult to figure out how to get started and go to a gym may not be easy. Owning my own gym was the best investment for my health. I completely changed my body with the Total Gym.

0, 20 or 30 reps for each exercise.
Lying on your back, holding both cable straps with the fists stacked on top of each other, grate with the cables, bring your knees into your chest and loosen them by holding your legs and head like lowering an accordion to the back. These hurt so much, hence the name "Evil"! Make sure you exhale when you contract.
SWEATER CRUNCH HIGH KNEE (Repeat these next three exercises)
Lie on your back, keep your knees up and steady, use the cables to pull yourself to your knees. Make sure you exhale when you contract. Beginners can rest their feet on the board.

INCLINE LEG LIFT CRUNCH
Lying on your back, resting your feet on the sliding board as you contract, switch each leg into one leg and raise your hands behind your knee before you go to starting position. Breathe out while you contract. Challenge the exercise by holding a weight.
SIDE HIP RAISE
Lying sideways on the sliding board, feet piled on the ground, forearm resting on the gliding board and stacked under the shoulder. Raise your hips as high as possible as you reach your head overhead, and give the abdominals a nice stretch before lowering them back to their starting position.
