Cassandra's Hot Abs Workout – Whole Training Impulse

All I want for Christmas is HOT ABS!

That's right, you heard me!

It's Christmas time and I'm sure these jeans will get a little tighter around the waist. We do not try to overeat, but it can be so hard at this time of the year. Then we will go into the New Year dissolution phase and maybe start the search for healthier food and sports. I'm sure that sounds familiar, right? It can be difficult to figure out how to get started and go to a gym may not be easy. Owning my own gym was the best investment for my health. I completely changed my body with the Total Gym.

So, what's on your Christmas list this year?

Add the gift of health to your Christmas list or bless those you love during this holiday season with a TOTAL GYM!

Do not wait for the holidays to begin your fitness journey. START NOW!!! I promise that the Total Gym is worth it, and YOU too.

My gift to you is this HOT ABS WORKOUT! Goooooo!

HOT ABS WORKOUT:

* Attach Cables to Your Total Gym *

Depending on your fitness level, you can choose 1
0, 20 or 30 reps for each exercise.

EVIL ABS

Lying on your back, holding both cable straps with the fists stacked on top of each other, grate with the cables, bring your knees into your chest and loosen them by holding your legs and head like lowering an accordion to the back. These hurt so much, hence the name "Evil"! Make sure you exhale when you contract.

SWEATER CRUNCH HIGH KNEE (Repeat these next three exercises)

Lie on your back, keep your knees up and steady, use the cables to pull yourself to your knees. Make sure you exhale when you contract. Beginners can rest their feet on the board.

AB LIFT & LOWER

They lie on their backs and hold the cables with their arms at the sides. Keep your legs up while lifting and lowering your legs. Keep the core engaged during the exercise.

AB SPLITS

Lying on your back, holding the cables with your arms on the sides, stay in the upright position as you open and close your legs. Keep the core running during the exercise. Challenge the exercise by using a band around the thighs.

AB BICYCLES

Lying on your back, holding the ropes in the "Crunch" position, arms on the sides, stay in the upright position when stepping on your feet like a bicycle. Holding the core during the exercise.

PULSE CRUNCH

Lying on their backs, holding cables by their sides, their knees are directed upwards and reach in the direction of the head. They bend to their knees and reach as far as possible without stretching their legs. Make sure you exhale when you lock into place. * Unlock the cables

INCLINE CRUNCH

Lying on his back, his feet lean against the sliding board with his arms and crunch. You can also do this by removing the occupied stand and placing your feet in a normal position on the floor. Breathe out while you contract. Challenge the exercise by holding a weight.

INCLINE AB TWIST

Lying on your back, your feet resting on the sliding board, your hands on the sides of the head or the criss-cross chest at an angle. Exhale as you grind on each side. You can also do this by removing the occupied stand and placing your feet on the floor. Challenge the exercise by holding a weight.

INCLINE LEG LIFT CRUNCH

Lying on your back, resting your feet on the sliding board as you contract, switch each leg into one leg and raise your hands behind your knee before you go to starting position. Breathe out while you contract. Challenge the exercise by holding a weight.

SIDE HIP RAISE

Lying sideways on the sliding board, feet piled on the ground, forearm resting on the gliding board and stacked under the shoulder. Raise your hips as high as possible as you reach your head overhead, and give the abdominals a nice stretch before lowering them back to their starting position. Beginners can use both arms for more support. Repeat this on the other side. I am a true Total Gym user, Brand Ambassador and Fit Mom!
