" Practicing time is probably one of the toughest tasks. I have two hours commute and work more than 8 hours and I have an autoimmune / anti-inflammatory disease that causes joint / bone pain. But exercise is medicine and there is no option not to do it. I get up at 5:30 to make sure I can either train at home or in my gym, which is just down the street. " It's not always easy. Finding time (and sometimes desire) to exercise can sometimes be difficult. I think about my goals and about how I often want to look / feel in order to motivate myself. I try to add my training to my calendar because I live on it. I've stopped dieting – I'm just trying to eat healthy foods and in better conditions. I've stopped believing in quick fixes and fashions because they do not work for me. I also use MyFitnessPal and my Fitbit to take responsibility for myself. Above all, if I need a night to be lazy, I do it and do not feel guilty. I'm still working.
