Get ready to crank up the heat with this high-intensity interval exercise program. Tabata offers 20-second extreme movement intervals followed by a 10-second pause, repeated 8 times. Reebok 10K Training Run Club

The Women's Open Running Club will meet every Monday night at Healthworks Back Bay for a 5 to 5-mile run along the Esplanade , All steps are welcome! This running club is open to all women, even if you do not run the Reebok 10K.
